Information on shipping methods, costs and any customs charges are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs duties are charged to the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
All purchases with address in Italy are delivered by the courier SDA - GLS. For all other destinations and used the courier GLS - DHL.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
The following table shows the shipping costs for the different amounts:
For purchases less than € 100.00 the cost of shipping is € 10.00 flat rate in Italy
For purchases over € 100.00 shipping is free in Italy
For purchases from EU area countries shipping cost € 40.00 flat rate
For purchases from EU area countries shipping cost € 60.00 flat rate
All orders are delivered by the courier SDA - GLS - DHL, from 9 to 17, from Monday to Friday. The shipper requires the signature "by receipt" of the recipient at the time of delivery.
Once the items have been shipped it is no longer possible to change the destination address.
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to PO boxes).
From receipt of the order the delivery time of the products and the following:
Italy: 3 working days
Islands: 5 working days
Other destination: 5 working days
Deliveries are made and guaranteed by SDA – GLS – DHL.

Please provide the Customer with a valid address to which to deliver the goods during delivery times including telephone number. Please promptly indicate any change of address.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.

The delivery of the products can also take place through partial shipments: in this case only the price of the products shipped and the cost of the single shipment are charged. In case of partial shipment, information is given by e-mail.
Any delivery delays exceeding 10 (ten) working days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the order confirmation.
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the signature "by receipt" of the recipient at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package has imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier
We advise you to check the goods at the time of delivery and to verify that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any problems in delivery must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the order confirmation.
All packages shipped are insured against theft / loss and damage from the moment they are entrusted to the Courier for shipment until delivery to the recipient.
If the packaging is damaged on delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or indicate on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.
Once delivered to the address indicated and collected, the goods are no longer insured.
In the case of EXTRA-EEC deliveries, taxes and customs fees of the country of delivery are not included in the purchase price and
remain the responsibility of the buyer.
